You can make a purchase immediately using only your email address and mobile phone number.  
Payment is due by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.  
Even if you make multiple purchases in one month, payment will be combined into a single payment the following month.                                                                       

Flow of Use:
1. Select “Atobarai (Paidy)” as the payment method and enter your email address and mobile phone number.  
2. Enter the 4-digit code sent via SMS to complete the purchase.  
3. Between the 1st and 5th of the following month, you will receive your billing notice by email or SMS.  
4. Please complete payment by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.

If using direct debit, please register your bank account through the Paidy app or MyPaidy web after completing your purchase.

Handling Fees:

Convenience store payment: Up to 390 JPY (tax included)

Product Delivery Timing:
The “Entry Model” and “Limited Premium Model” cannot be ordered together.
 (1) Entry Model:
Orders close at the end of each month → Scheduled shipment at the end of the following month.
(Example: Order placed in January → Shipment at the end of February)


Orders must be received by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month (Tokyo Time, UTC+9)

 (2) Limited Premium Model:
Orders close at the end of each month → Scheduled shipment approximately 9 months later.
(Example: Order placed in January → Shipment at the end of September)


Orders must be received by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month (Tokyo Time, UTC+9)

The above are not guaranteed arrival deadlines.  
As items are shipped once completed, delivery timing is not guaranteed and we do not provide answers regarding delivery timing.

Shipment may be earlier than expected.

Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

For direct shipments as gifts:
Please note that delivery timing cannot be specified.  
If timing is important, we recommend having the item delivered to you first before giving it to the recipient.

Please ensure that the shipping address is one where the item can be received.  
If delivery attempts fail for one week (as counted by the carrier), the shipment will be treated as “long-term absence” and returned to us.  
Any reshipment costs will be charged to you upon delivery.


Delivery Method:
Yamato Transport (within Japan) We carefully inspect each item before shipping. However, in the event of a packing mistake or initial defect on our part,
we will arrange an exchange after confirming the situation via photos. As these are handmade products, immediate exchange may not always be possible and additional time may be required. Please contact us within one week of delivery. After contacting us, please return the item to us freight collect (cash on delivery). (We will confirm the situation beforehand via photos. If you send the item freight collect without prior confirmation,
we may later charge you the applicable costs.) For functional issues occurring after one week of delivery (from the 8th day onward), there is no free repair warranty due to the nature of wooden products. Paid repair services are available upon request. To help you enjoy your product for many years,
we can also provide periodic maintenance similar to other wooden products (for example, once every few years). Please feel free to contact us. (Please send photos first.)
